Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to staff and students for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the help desk system. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Support the implementation of new technologies and assist in training users on how to utilize them effectively. Monitor and maintain the IT inventory and report on equipment needs as necessary. Collaborate with other ICT team members to improve the overall ICT infrastructure and service delivery.
