You will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for technical assistance over phone, email, or chat (Help Desk & Remote Support).Diagnose and resolve basic Desktop, Printer, and Peripheral issues.Basic Network troubleshooting (connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN).Handle user account management (Office 365, Active Directory).Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary. RequirementsExperience: 0–2 years (Entry-level or Junior).Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic Networking.Language: Good command of English (essential for technical documentation and communication).Soft Skills: Excellent patience and communication skills.
