Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and remote). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. Provide support for IT systems, including Windows Server environments. Troubleshoot Windows Server issues (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, user access, and server performance). Manage and troubleshoot client connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN). Monitor system performance and ensure system availability. Support network infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues. Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
