Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and remote). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. Provide support for IT systems, including Windows Server environments. Troubleshoot Windows Server issues (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, user access, and server performance). Manage and troubleshoot client connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN). Monitor system performance and ensure system availability. Support network infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues. Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and security updates.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and systems. Strong knowledge or certification in CCNA and MCSA Experience supporting Windows Server and client operating systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Courses : CCNA MCSA
