If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and providing technical support, this is your opportunity to grow your career within a global leading company.Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issuesTroubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently through phone, email, remote access, or in-person supportInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipmentSupport Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applicationsHandle user account creation, password resets, access permissions, and email configurationsDiagnose hardware/software faults and escalate complex issues when neededMaintain and monitor IT inventory, systems, and devicesRespond to help desk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution according to SLA standardsAssist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, systems, and required softwareDocument technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accuratelyEnsure smooth network connectivity and basic troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi issuesPerform routine maintenance and updates for systems and devicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical SupportRequired Skills:Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and OutlookBasic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WANFamiliarity with Active Directory and user management is a plusExperience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is preferredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficientlyCustomer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesGood command of English is requiredPreferred Skills:Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is preferredBenefits:Competitive salary packageMedical & social insuranceCareer growth and development opportunitiesProfessional and multinational work environmentContinuous learning and hands-on technical exposure
