IT Operations Engineer

Job Purpose:To supervise, coordinate and synchronize all OC projects IT issues between Corporate ITDepartment and OC Site projects. Ensures that all IT requirements and services are provided in OC local and international projects sites.Roles & Responsibilities:· Study all IT requirements for the new local and international projects assigned by theOperations Project Coordinator Team Leader and prepare estimated budget plan.· Coordinate all IT implementation’s processes including initiation, planning, executing, andclosing among the IT Sections and OC site projects.· Coordinate the implementation of data network, infrastructure, IP telephony, security,communication and internet connectivity solution and follow up till the completion of theinstallation and configuration phase.· Conduct the IT sites’ visits and status reports to ensure efficient and high IT servicesprovided to OC Site Projects on a regular basis.· Survey all the IT requirements of the new projects, specify and propose required actionplans and alternatives to submit the developed recommendations to the Operation ProjectCoordinator Team Leader.· Follow up on the deliverables of projects’ IT requests with the procurement team to ensureSite Users’ requirements and requests are delivered in a timely manner in alignment with theapproved plan.· Participate in the preparation of IT Projects Implementations’ Standards, check lists,knowledge base and IT projects risk plans including the development of contingency plan.· Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department.· Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment andenvironmental aspects.Minimum Qualification & Requirement:Education/ Qualifications: M.Sc. Information Systems, Computer EngineeringProfessional Certification: PMPWork Experience: 3+ years’ experienceLanguage: Fluent in English languageComputer Skills: Microsoft Office
