The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of enterprise software with high-level B2B sales skills to acquire new clients, expand our market footprint, and foster long-term partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B sales opportunities within target industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Logistics). Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure. ERP/CRM/AI Expertise: Present and demonstrate the value of our software solutions, tailoring them to client needs. Highlight how AI-driven insights improve decision-making and productivity. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Finance Directors). Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and identify emerging needs in the Egyptian digital transformation market. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM software. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. RequirementsExperience: 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT, SaaS, or Software sectors (specifically ERP/CRM).Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and CRM functionalities. Familiarity with AI business solutions is a strong plus.Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Networking: Excellent networking capabilities within the Egyptian business community.
