The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.As an IT Support, you will ensure the ERP system meets business needs by working with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system performance. Success means effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors to implement improvements that support company objectives and maintain operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support to internal usersManage and monitor device stock and lifecycleLiaise with outsourced IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issuesAssist users with Microsoft Office applications and ERPnext system queriesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesEnsure IT assets are well-maintained and meet company standardsAssist in the onboarding process by setting up devices and accounts for new employeesProvide feedback and recommendations on potential IT improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with ERPnext, Microsoft Azure, Office applications, and user managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in managing and maintaining IT assetsProven experience with IT support. ( minimum 2 years)
