Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Italian Chef, based in Sharm El Sheikh. The Italian Chef will oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Italian cuisine, create and update menus, and ensure food quality meets the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, monitoring inventory and supplies, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. The role requires a combination of culinary expertise, leadership, and creativity to execute innovative Italian dishes while ensuring guest satisfaction. QualificationsProficiency in Italian cuisine, including knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation stylesExperience in menu creation, food preparation, and maintaining high-quality standardsStrong leadership and organizational skills to manage kitchen staff and operations efficientlyAttention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellenceKnowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and inventory managementExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFormal culinary training or certification is preferredPrior experience as an Italian Chef or in a similar role, preferably in luxury or fine-dining establishmentsFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
