Role: Senior Technical Engineer (Cisco ISE, Telephony, Zscaler)Experience: 4 to 10yearsLocation: Egypt CairoNotice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysJD: Network Access Control (Cisco ISE): Operate and optimize ISE (802.1X/MAB, profiling, posture); drive policy changes, device onboarding, and certificate lifecycle.• Telephony/Voice: Support and enhance enterprise telephony (SIP trunks, SBCs, call routing/IVR); coordinate with carriers and UC platforms.• Secure Web Access (Zscaler): Administer ZIA/ZPA policies, authentication/IdP integrations, tunnels (GRE/IPSec), and monitor performance.Operational Integration: Validate designs, activate configurations, and run SAT/CAT; ensure seamless integration with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN.Skills and Qualifications• Cisco ISE / NAC expertise including policy sets, posture, profiling, and PKI.• Telephony & Voice: SIP, RTP, SBCs, IVR/ACD, call routing, and end-to-end troubleshooting.• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA): Policy admin, authentication, tunnels, and client connector.• Routing/Switching & SD-WAN: BGP/OSPF/VRRP/HSRP, QoS, VLAN/VXLAN, Cisco platforms, SD-WAN.• Operational Excellence: L3 NOC support, ITIL processes, strong communication, RCA capability.
