The Opportunity Working on issuing all kinds of invoices -related to EB Portfolio to the clients in a professional and accurate manner. Also receiving payment and to be handled through an operating system and building excellent and effective relationships with our internal and external customers in a cooperating environment. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)Manage all daily correspondence efficiently, handling inquiries received via email, Bizflow, and walk‑in internal customers.Ensure all requests are processed within the approved Turnaround Time (TAT) standards.Deliver high‑quality operational output in line with company policies and service standards.Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external customers.Review and reconcile collected premium amounts and ensure accurate posting of premiums.Dispatch all issued bills daily.Ensure full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and internal policies.Handle 409 sheets accurately and in a timely manner.Process TRF requests in accordance with established procedures.Support and execute commission runs as required.Perform any other duties or assignments assigned by management.What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)Excellent command of EnglishComputer Skills.Good communication skills.
