Talent 360 is hiring a Site Supervision Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated engineer who is eager to gain hands-on experience in construction supervision and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence. About the Role As a Site Supervision Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, monitoring site progress, and ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to support efficient project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports and site updates. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation before implementation. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications. Identify technical issues on-site and collaborate with the project team to implement effective solutions. Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare snag lists, inspection reports, and documentation related to project progress and site activities. Verify completed works prior to handover and ensure any outstanding issues are resolved promptly. Maintain accurate site records and support timely project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 0–2 years of experience in site supervision within an engineering consultancy environment. Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and site operations. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage site activities professionally and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Positive attitude, accountability, and a proactive approach to work. Good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
