Junior Accountant

Citadel Developments is expanding its finance team and is looking for a Junior Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate or contracting sectors.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain general ledger accounts and assist with month-end/year-end closing• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports• Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions• Support in preparing tax reports and compliance documents• Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and internal auditsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate or construction is a plus)• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)• Strong analytical and organizational skills• High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial dataWhy Join Us?At Citadel, we’re building more than homes—we’re building communities.
