About the Role:Citadel Developments is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience overseeing on-site construction work, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality execution of residential or mixed-use projects.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure quality and safety standards are metCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project deliveryMonitor progress and report on project statusReview and interpret technical drawings and specificationsEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulationsProvide on-site solutions to unexpected technical challengesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field4–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate development industryStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standardsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsProficient in MS Office and site management softwareValid Egyptian Engineers Syndicate membership is a plus
