The ideal candidate will assist in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities while working closely with senior team members and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.Prepare journal entries and assist in general ledger maintenance.Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding accounting matters.Support external and internal audit requirements.Work with ERP systems, including Odoo, to process and maintain financial data. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
