The selected candidate will assist in developing architectural drawings and BIM models, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and quality standards throughout all stages of the project.Technical Skills:- Strong proficiency in sketching and architectural design software, including: - Sketchup- BIM Revit- AutoCAD- Lumion - 3D MaxKey Requirements:- Strong knowledge of architectural engineering principles, residential building design, and construction detailing. - Prepare and review architectural drawings, design documentation, and technical details. - Assist in the conceptual design, planning, and sketching of residential projects. - Develop detailed architectural drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit. - Ensure all designs and drawings comply with project specifications, authority regulations, and client requirements. - Support senior architects and engineers in design development, project documentation, and technical reviews throughout all stages of the project.
