Receives the approved audit plan and assigned list of branches and operational activities to be audited across Egypt from the direct manager. Coordinates with concerned stakeholders to support the execution of audit activities and ensure availability of required information and documentation. Prepares audit checklists and supporting documents for assigned branch audits and reviews them with the direct manager. Conducts audit activities and performs audit testing in accordance with approved audit plans, policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines. Measures and reviews processes and operational activities against established standards and audit requirements. Documents audit observations, non-conformities, and operational gaps identified during audit execution. Prepares draft audit findings and reports and discusses observations with relevant stakeholders under the guidance of the direct manager. Supports follow-up on corrective and preventive actions agreed with branches and concerned functions. Tracks closure timelines for audit findings and follows up with stakeholders to ensure completion of agreed actions. Prepares audit reports and maintains audit records and supporting documentation for assigned audits. Records audit observations, findings, and follow-up actions and updates tracking logs accordingly. Supports verification of implemented corrective actions and reports status updates to the direct manager. Escalates unresolved findings, delayed actions, and critical observations to the direct manager. Communicates audit outcomes and supports continuous improvement initiatives across company branches.
