The role is responsible for maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring stock levels, and assisting in cost control while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in purchasing materials in line with company requirementsCreate, review, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveryCommunicate with suppliers regarding availability and delivery schedulesMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performanceSupport negotiation efforts with vendors under guidance from Procurement ManagerMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to prevent shortages or overstockingTrack and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and quality concernsEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies and proceduresAssist in evaluating suppliers and maintaining an approved supplier listPrepare basic procurement reports and analysis (spend, supplier performance, etc.)Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment follow-upsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field0–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, Logistics or planning (fresh graduates welcome)Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain conceptsExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
