Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment that values innovation, practical problem-solving, and measurable results.Role Description The Junior Design Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. This role supports senior architects and project teams in developing architectural concepts, preparing construction drawings, and refining design details from initial sketches through to documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and updating design layouts, assisting in design reviews, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring design outputs align with project requirements and standards. The Junior Design Architect will also help manage design documentation, contribute to presentations, and support the integration of digital tools and workflows within ongoing projects.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into coherent plans and visuals.Experience or training in Construction Drawings, including preparation, revision, and coordination with technical teams.Exposure to Design Management practices, such as organizing project files, supporting design workflows, and maintaining documentation quality.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, presenting design ideas, and responding to feedback.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic digital collaboration platforms.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks under guidance and deadlines.Interest in construction industry operations, digital transformation, and integrated project delivery is highly beneficial.
