Team members contribute to improving efficiency, reducing project risks, and enhancing overall performance across complex construction projects.Role Description The Project Management Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. This role oversees project governance, supports project planning, and monitors execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and budgets, preparing reports and dashboards, and maintaining documentation and standards. The Project Management Officer collaborates with cross-functional teams, facilitates communication between office and site stakeholders, and assists with risk and issue management. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and methodologies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure structured execution.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, monitor costs, and support informed decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present clear updates and reports.Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or operations environments is beneficial.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMO frameworks, scheduling software) is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field is advantageous.Ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting is important.
