Junior Lab Chemist

About the RoleClean & More Detergent Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Chemist to join our Quality Control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.This role is fully laboratory-based and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career chemists to develop their technical skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, sample, and test incoming raw materials to verify compliance with approved specifications.Conduct physical and chemical testing of detergent products during production and on finished goods.Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.Support investigations related to quality deviations and non-conforming materials.Prepare laboratory reagents and ensure proper handling of chemicals and testing equipment.Perform routine calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.Assist in the development and improvement of testing methods and quality control procedures.Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain product consistency and quality.Perform other laboratory and quality-related duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Science, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 2 years of laboratory or quality control experience is an advantage.Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality control principles.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good documentation and reporting abilities.Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing procedures is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Professional training and development opportunities.Hands-on experience in a leading detergent manufacturing environment.Career growth opportunities within the Quality and Manufacturing functions.
