If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.Purpose of the RoleTo support the Legal team in managing, tracking, and reporting a high volume of multi-jurisdictional cases by maintaining accurate case records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up on documentation, deadlines, and case progress in line with legal and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Assist in handling and tracking a large volume of cases across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to distinguish between different case types (civil, commercial, labor, criminal, etc.).Maintain, update, and manage Excel-based case trackers and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.Collect, analyze, and organize case information, including key facts, procedural status, and next steps, and present it in a clear and structured manner.Gather required data and documentation from internal stakeholders and external law firms for internal reports, settlement discussions, and ongoing litigation.Follow up with Finance and HR on case-related documentation, approvals, and settlement paperwork required for hearings and litigation proceedings.Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and ensure outstanding documents or actions are followed up until completion.Review case files and extract relevant legal and factual information for internal assessment and reporting.Coordinate with external law firms and consultants, including professional and persistent follow-ups to obtain updates, documents, and clarifications.Conduct basic legal research under supervision and prepare summaries to support the Legal team.Support case classification and assist in assessing whether matters can be handled internally or require escalation to external counsel.Maintain organized electronic and physical case files in accordance with confidentiality and compliance requirements.Work across multiple systems and platforms used for legal reporting and case management.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in law.0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Language: Strong Arabic and English communication skills with the ability to review, summarize, and coordinate legal information accurately in both languages.Strong attention to detail, particularly in data collection, Excel reporting, and document control.Ability to consistently follow up on matters and pursue missing information with discipline and persistence.Good organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of litigation procedures and dispute resolution concepts, with a strong willingness to learn.High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.Proactive mindset and eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
