The Lifestyle Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, handling day-to-day requests and curating personalized lifestyle solutions such as travel arrangements, dining reservations, wellness experiences, and special occasions. Our head offices are located in Cairo and Jeddah, and while spending time in the Cairo office is not required, applicants who are open to doing so will be given preference.Key responsibilities include coordinating concierge services; private transportation, luxury accommodation bookings, and VIP event access, while ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards of discretion and excellence. The role also involves planning and overseeing tailored events and experiences, liaising with premium vendors and partners, and proactively anticipating client needs. The Lifestyle Manager will maintain accurate records of client preferences, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-touch service.QualificationsLifestyle Management expertise: Proven ability to design and coordinate tailored, high-end experiences.Communication & customer service: Confidence and professionalism in engaging with demanding, global clientele.Event planning: Experience from concept to execution, including vendor coordination and on-site oversight.Luxury hospitality background: Prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium customer-facing environments is highly beneficial.Knowledge of luxury brands: Familiarity with hotels, fashion, jewelry, and related industries.Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requests calmly and efficiently.Language fluency: Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese, or French) are a strong advantage.Professional integrity: High level of discretion, integrity, and sensitivity to privacy requirements.Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office and communication tools (email, scheduling platforms, CRM systems); knowledge of travel or booking platforms is a plus.Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard business hours to accommodate client needs, events, or travel schedules.
