The company develops and manufactures a growing portfolio of products serving healthcare providers, institutions, and consumers across the region.As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for ambitious and energetic Junior Medical Representatives to support our expansion within hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical centers across Saudi Arabia.Role OverviewThe Junior Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, building relationships with healthcare institutions, conducting field visits, and supporting business growth within assigned territories.This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are looking to build a long-term career in healthcare sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Relationship BuildingConduct regular visits to hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical centers.Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.Present company products and communicate their key benefits and applications.Identify potential business opportunities and support account development efforts.Product Promotion & Market DevelopmentDevelop strong knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.Promote product awareness and visibility within assigned accounts.Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.Support sales growth and territory development objectives.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate records of visits and customer interactions.Submit regular activity and market feedback reports.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support customer needs and business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driving license.Willingness to work in a field-based sales role.Ability to travel regularly and visit customers across assigned territories.Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.Professional proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, field marketing, or healthcare-related activities.Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions.Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Interest in building a long-term career in healthcare and institutional sales.Work ConditionsFull-time positionBased in Saudi ArabiaField-based role with regular customer visitsTraining and career development opportunitiesPerformance-based incentives and growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for ambitious, professional, and energetic individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and achieving results.
