We are looking for a skilled Sr. Reviewer who will be responsible for evaluating medical authorizations and provide decisions for inpatient services mainly through online, faxes, emails and phone calls and will assist our service providers with their inquiries.Your JobEvaluate Network & Direct claims, provide authorizations for insured members (Inpatient) and handle queries relating to medical cases efficiently.Medical evaluation for in-hospital cases in respect of medical necessity and appropriateness.Respond to all clients queries though fax, email, etc. for all in-patient queries and generate outbound calls to confirm high response rate % according to pre-set KPIs and SLAs.Primary Medical auditing of all inpatient claims received from the claims department on daily basis.Compile data and prepare statistical reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis to monitor department al performance and medical trends.Actively solicit and gather customer feedbacks in order to improve service levels. Use multiple channels including (but not limited to) periodic customer satisfaction surveys and personal interactions.Manage queries from providers, Insurance Companies and insured members relating to call center activities and approval.Responding to all international accounts’ inpatient requests and all inquiries from insurance companies.Deliver excellent customer services to Insurance Companies and insured members with view of achieving maximum client satisfaction.Compile data and prepare statistical reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis to monitor department al performance and medical trends.Medical Updating of the Medical File related to insured members regarding their investigations results like MRI, CT scan, etc....Filling of Medical Documents.Updating Monthly chronic medication reports.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in medicine.Two to four years' experience in his/her educational field.Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)Time management skills.Database management skillsGood command in English and Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong leadership, planning and organizational skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDecision Maker.
