Junior Process Development Engineer

Create and manage product BOMs using SAPOversee current BOM processes and attributes, ensuring accuracyMaintain knowledge of products and production processes to inform BOM management and cost analysisAssist in creating and releasing documents, such as SOP and MICreate process sheets, cycle time, and takt time analysesPlan and manage projects to increase productivity, improve costs, and optimize investmentDevelop and lead creative projects related to production and material handlingOptimize process and material flow, and improve workplace organization and workflowsSupport lean activities and implement process improvementsCollaborate with the production team to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and improve process flowResearch and recommend new equipment, tools, and machinery to support production and assembly Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering0 to 2 years experience. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Good knowledge of CAD systems, such as AutoCAD and Autodesk InventorGood knowledge of using SAPKnowledge of method and time studies, line balancing, and lean manufacturing techniquesExperience with efficiency and cost improvement projects (Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus)Self-motivated with a positive and professional approachExcellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailVery good English language skills
