About the Role:A Junior Procurement Specialist supports the procurement team in sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that purchases are cost-effective and aligned with company policies. This role is typically entry-level and focuses on learning procurement processes while assisting in daily operations.Location: Bilbays, Sharkia, EgyptResponsibilities:Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performancePrepare purchase orders and ensure timely order processingCommunicate with vendors to follow up on orders, deliveries, and documentationMaintain procurement records and update databasesCompare prices and analyze market trends to support purchasing decisionsEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresSupport contract preparation and documentationCoordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needsHelp resolve issues related to orders, invoices, or deliveries QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Familiarity with ERP systems .Residents of Sharqia Governorate or nearby areas.
