As we expand our medical disposables portfolio, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Cairo hospital market.Role Description The Junior Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Taba Medical's range of medical disposables to hospitals within Greater Cairo. The role focuses on building relationships with purchasing departments, clinical staff, and key decision-makers, converting opportunities into orders, and maintaining consistent follow-up to protect and grow the customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company's medical disposables portfolio to hospitals across the assigned Cairo territory.Identify and develop new accounts while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular field visits to purchasing managers, store managers, physicians, and nursing staff.Prepare and present quotations, follow up on pricing decisions, and close orders in a timely manner.Track tenders and supply requirements, and coordinate with the team to submit competitive offers.Monitor stock needs and customer consumption to ensure continuity of supply.Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities, and order status, and report progress regularly to the Sales Manager.Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and activity, and share insights with management.Represent the company professionally at hospitals, conferences, and industry events.RequirementsCompleted Bachelor's degree (Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary, Biomedical, Business, or related field). Current students and undergraduates will not be considered.Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related products. Fresh graduates are not eligible for this role.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to deal with hospital decision-makers.Good command of Arabic (native) and working knowledge of English.Well-organized, with a disciplined approach to follow-up and reporting.Computer literacy (email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, basic CRM/reporting).Valid driving license and own car preferred.Resident of Cairo or able to commute reliably within Greater Cairo.What we offerCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission.Structured product training on our medical disposables portfolio.Clear growth path toward Senior Sales Representative and specialized product lines.Supportive team environment and direct exposure to leading international brands.
