Develop (farming), expend (hunting), negotiate, and manage product/service offering with a select customer accounts and nurture those key relationship overtime thru the key account planning.Strategic Account ManagementManage the key Account PlanningDevelop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitionDevelop, implement and steer macro action plan that guides the activities to be undertaken with the customersExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing and negotiating solutions that meet their needs and requirementsIn collaboration with the Category Manager, identify growth opportunities through the Product Screen process and initiate co-construction, leading to new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsSteer the business and negotiate the correct solution is taken and delivered to the customerOperationsIn collaboration with stakeholders, define and communicate monthly guidelines/expected activities for members of the Sales Team visiting point of key account point of sales.Steer the business and ensure the correct solution is delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as contact point for key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPrepare regular customer analysis to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics/processSupport your team members with coaching, training, and identifying revenue opportunitiesKEY EXPERIENCES IN:Managing several customers (Account Management)Selling solution to customers (Negotiating)Multi-tasking (Adaptability)Working with CRM (Salesforce “Engage”) ((Customer Relationship Management)5+ Years of experience in B2B SalesRelevant sales experience either in Mining, Heavy Equipment Machinery, Automotive Sales (B2B), Agriculture, Construction & Infrastructure, Transport & Logistics (Core B2B segment), Passenger Transportation etc.
