We value proactive partnership, a strategic mindset, and a people-first approach.Role OverviewThe Key Account Manager – Unitary Sales is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and profitability across North Africa by promoting and selling the company's Unitary HVAC product portfolio, including VRF systems, ducted units, wall-mounted splits, cassette units, AHUs, and rooftop package units. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with distributors, key accounts, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate new business opportunities, expand market share, and secure project sales. The incumbent will manage the full sales cycle from project specification through award, while ensuring distributor performance, customer satisfaction, accurate forecasting, and timely collections. Additionally, the role requires continuous monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support sustainable business growth and strengthen the company's market position across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and achieve targets across North AfricaManage and develop distributors, including performance and market expansionPromote and sell Unitary products VRF, Ducted, wall mounted, split cassette , AHU, and Rooftop Package UnitsDevelop new business opportunities and expand market shareManage key accounts and build strong customer relationshipsDrive project sales by engaging consultants, contractors, and developersBuild and manage a project pipeline from specification to awardMonitor market trends and competitor activitiesPrepare sales forecasts and support timely collectionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent7 to 10 years’ experience in HVAC salesSkills & ExperienceStrong experience in Distributor management/ Project sales (unitary)Good knowledge of North African HVAC market dynamicsStrong network with consultants and contractorsExcellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel across North AfricaJoin UsAt SKM Air Conditioning LLC, you will be more than just a Key Account Manager; you will be an architect of our workforce, directly enabling our mission to provide world-class HVAC solutions.
