The role involves planning and leading age-appropriate activities, entertaining children through games and creative programs, and ensuring their well-being at all times.Plan, organize, and lead daily activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, music, and mini-showsEntertain and supervise children in the Kids Club and outdoor areasEnsure the safety, security, and happiness of all children at all timesEncourage participation and create a friendly, inclusive atmospherePrepare and set up activity areas and materialsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids ClubCommunicate effectively with parents about children’s activities and behaviorFollow hotel/resort policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelinesAssist with special events, theme days, and mini-discosWork closely with the animation/entertainment teamQualificationsExperience working with children (kids club, childcare, education, or animation)Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage children of different ages (typically 4–12 years)Responsible, patient, and caring attitudeBasic knowledge of child safety and first aid (preferred)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
