WE ARE HIRING! | Kitchen Production ManagerShabana Design is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Kitchen Production Manager to join our factory located at Moassasat El-Zakat, Cairo.If you have a solid background strictly in kitchen manufacturing and a passion for managing top-tier production lines, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the entire kitchen production line from raw materials to the finished product.Ensure precise implementation of kitchen designs, dimensions, and technical specifications (Wooden, Acrylic, Alumetal, etc.).Plan, schedule, and optimize production workflows to meet strict deadlines.Manage and mentor the production team, technicians, and carpenters to maintain high craftsmanship.Oversee quality control and minimize material waste. Job Requirements (Strict Criteria):Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience specifically in Kitchen Manufacturing & Production (Applications without kitchen experience will not be considered).Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of kitchen materials, hardware (Blum, Hettich, etc.), cutting lists, and modern woodwork machinery.Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Location: Ability to work at our factory in Moassasat El-Zakat.
