The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their needs, creating design solutions, presenting products professionally, and converting opportunities into successful sales.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, design, and business development and also is looking to grow into a leadership position within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and consult with showroom clients to understand their requirements and lifestyle needs.Design kitchens and dressing rooms according to client requirements and project specifications with a UNIQUE taste.Present materials, finishes, accessories, and appliances professionally.Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into sales.Manage showroom inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and client follow-ups.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth.Deliver a premium customer experience from the first meeting through project handover.Support daily showroom operations and maintain high presentation standards.Contribute creative ideas and initiatives to increase sales, client engagement, and showroom traffic. ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in kitchen design.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of kitchen materials, accessories, appliances, and design principles.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or similar design software.Sales & Communication SkillsStrong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).Ability to present confidently to VIP and high-profile clients.Personal AttributesProfessional appearance and presentation.very strong English skillsHighly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.Leadership potential and ambition to grow within the company.PreferredExperience in luxury kitchens, wardrobes, or high-end furniture brands.Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, or real estate professionals is a plus.
