We are an AI-forward company that embraces technology to deliver smarter, faster, and more innovative design outcomes.The RoleWe are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Landscape Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our design team. You will receive site survey data from our Site Engineers and transform it into compelling landscape designs — from concept through detailed drawings and client presentations. You will be expected to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance your design workflow, boost productivity, and deliver higher-quality outputs in less time.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and interpret site survey data, measurements, photographs, and topographic information from Site EngineersDevelop landscape concept designs, master plans, and detailed design drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projectsPrepare planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation designs, and lighting schemesCreate 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations for client review and approvalUtilize AI tools for design ideation, plant selection, render enhancement, image generation, and workflow automation to accelerate project deliveryResearch and select plant species, materials, and finishes suitable for local climate and project requirementsCoordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants to integrate landscape design into overall project plansTranslate client briefs and site data into creative, practical landscape solutionsMaintain and organize a design library of materials, plant palettes, and reference projectsPrepare and hand over complete design packages for execution and quantity takeoffsContinuously explore and adopt new AI and digital tools to improve design quality and efficiencyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Fine Arts (with design specialization), or Urban Planning / Urban DesignMinimum 2 years of experience in landscape designStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)Proficiency in at least one 3D visualization tool: Lumion, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or 3ds MaxHands-on experience or strong willingness to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, AI-assisted rendering tools) to enhance design workflowsStrong design sense with a solid portfolio of landscape projectsGood knowledge of plant species, hardscape materials, irrigation principles, and outdoor lightingAbility to interpret site survey data and translate it into accurate design documentationStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office; Adobe Suite is a plusGrowth mindset with a passion for technology and continuous learningWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package commensurate with experienceAn AI-integrated work environment with access to modern design and productivity toolsOpportunity to lead the design of diverse, high-profile landscape projectsA collaborative, innovation-driven culture that encourages experimentationCareer development and hands-on mentorship from senior leadership
