Role PurposeTo ensure that all landscaped areas across Hyde Park communities reflect premium quality, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence, enhancing the overall resident experience and brand value.Key Responsibilities Oversee landscape maintenance activities, irrigation systems, and horticulture programs to ensure healthy, sustainable, and visually appealing outdoor environments. Develop and implement seasonal planting plans, landscape enhancement strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with design standards. Manage landscape contractors, including scope definition, performance monitoring, and budget control to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Ensure effective water management practices, including irrigation optimization and sustainability initiatives to support environmental goals. Maintain high landscaping standards in line with Hyde Park brand identity, conducting regular inspections and quality audits across all sitesRequirementsDegree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.8-12 years of experience in landscaping within large-scale real estate developments or master communities.Strong project management, contractor management, and technical landscaping expertise with attention to detail and quality standards.
