Location: Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, EgyptIndustry: Residential Communities & Property ManagementJob Purpose:To supervise and coordinate all landscaping and horticultural activities within the residential compound, ensuring the maintenance of healthy, attractive, and well-maintained green areas, trees, and ornamental plants while overseeing irrigation and landscape maintenance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily landscaping and horticultural maintenance activities across the compound.Monitor irrigation operations and ensure the efficiency and proper functioning of irrigation systems.Develop and implement irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs.Lead, supervise, and allocate tasks to landscaping teams while monitoring performance.Ensure the health, quality, and appearance of plants, trees, shrubs, and green areas.Oversee pruning, planting, and replacement of damaged or unhealthy vegetation.Monitor the consumption of water, fertilizers, and pesticides and promote efficient resource utilization.Prepare periodic reports on landscape conditions, maintenance activities, and operational requirements.Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to execute landscaping plans and projects.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all activities.Assess and manage site requirements for labor, equipment, materials, and supplies.Supervise contractors and suppliers and ensure the quality of delivered services and materials.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping supervision, preferably within residential compounds, real estate developments, or large-scale communities.Strong knowledge of modern irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practices.Experience in landscape design implementation and green area management.Ability to lead and manage field teams effectively.Good reporting, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Required SkillsStrong leadership and supervisory abilities.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective planning and time management skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor field environments.
