Located in New Cairo, Kleek Developments plays a pivotal role in the local property market. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and securing property listings, conducting property viewings, and facilitating smooth sales and rental transactions. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, accurate documentation, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseProficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property lawsExperience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales goalsStrong Customer Service skills, including problem-solving and effective communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with New Cairo's real estate market is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
