Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Duties:- Support hub supervisor in overall performance and efficiency by developing and monitoring key performance for the hub staffMonitor the Hub members performance and manage the daily plans for each hub member and provide staff pastoral supportEnsuring that shipments are processed and entered accurately onto systemAudit on the couriers daily performance and check their appearanceMake a verification calls on the undelivered shipments” Canceled” and '"Scheduled" shipments on a daily basisEnsure that the packages updates are in place on bosta system and have the same status on the hub daily productivity sheetMonitoring the shipments that exceeded our life Cycle SLA and the agreed period of holding at the Hub to be returned back to CAI SF TeamArchive the proof of the deliveries for the returned orders for a monthFollowing up the “Freshdesk” and assure resolving all the assigned tickets and handling the hub related issues within the agreed SLA on a daily basisCreate tickets with the raised problems and complaints from the customers assigned to client support teamResponsible for hub compliance and documentationManage inventory process, ensuring that changes in inventory are promptly and accurately recorded in the case of an inventory discrepancyEnsure sending the reports within the agreed timing on a daily basisJob Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping fieldVery good English LevelMust have experience in leading and supervising teamsHigh School Diploma; Bachelor's degreeDecision Making and problem solving skillsAnalytical and reporting skillsAbility to meet deadline and work under pressureTime Management and multi-taskingGood interpersonal skills and leadership skillsProactive, with can do attitude and good judgmentFocused and professional attitudeWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
