The role involves coordinating with team leaders and team staff, maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the sorting facility manager in achieving operational targets.Job Code : New 2026 BudgetBOXB-026Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations at the HubLead and mentor a team of warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring optimal performanceCollaborate with the teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes for timely deliveryMonitor the handling of bulky items to minimize damage and ensure customer satisfactionTrack and manage inventory levels orders, ensuring accurate stock countsAddress any inquiries and concerns related to shipping and delivery, providing solutions to enhance the experiencePrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub operations, including productivity metrics and issues encounteredIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs Job Qualification:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleGood English LevelProven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and customersExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficientlyCapacity to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
