Handling matters in courts at all levels (attending hearings, filing lawsuits, and completing all related administrative procedures), as well as at police stations (preparing reports for misdemeanor and administrative offenses), expert offices, and labor offices.2. Renewing the commercial register with the Industrial Development Authority, the Local Content Certificate, and the Chambers of Industry (membership certificate).3. Dealing with the Investment Authority to document ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, boards of directors, the Commercial Registry, the Real Estate Registry, and Chambers of commerce.4. Conducting internal and external investigations for the company.5. Drafting and reviewing contracts.6. Dealing with all government agencies. Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university; master’s degree is a plus.5–7 years’ professional experience in corporate and contracts, ideally within Consumer Finance, a Top Law Firm.Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory Frameworks.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic, with the capacity to draft comprehensive documents in both languages.Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels in the organization, including at the governance and regulator levels.Excellent communication and people skills.Excellent in Microsoft office.Attention to details & Good problem-solving abilities.Ability to meet agreed with deadlines and work under pressure.
