This role offers the opportunity to work on legal research, drafting, and litigation support related to Saudi laws and regulations.If you have strong legal research and drafting skills with solid litigation preparation experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a distinguished legal practice and further develop your career.Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and prepare legal studies and reportsDraft legal memorandums, pleadings, contracts, and official correspondenceSupport litigation preparation and case documentationReview and analyze legal documents and case filesConduct legal research related to Saudi laws and regulationsEnsure all legal drafting is linguistically accurate and professionally structuredMaintain organized legal records and documentationPerform additional legal and research tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum overall grade of Very Good.A Master’s Degree, or an equivalent of two postgraduate diplomas, in Civil and Commercial Law specialization is a must.Professional Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in one of the following areas:Experience within the Ministry of Justice or the judicial sectorORExperience in civil or commercial litigation, including case preparation, legal analysis, and case handlingTechnical Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI toolsExcellent Arabic legal drafting and writing skillsStrong legal research and analytical abilitiesGood understanding of Saudi laws and legal citation methodsPreferred Qualifications:Strong familiarity with the legal works and writings of prominent jurists, including Al-Sanhouri, Al-Tamawi, Samia Al-Qalyubi, and Ahmed Abu Al-Wafa.English proficiency is considered an advantage.Work Conditions:Full-time, on-site roleLocation: Sheikh Zayed, EgyptCandidates must be based near the office locationIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please send your CV to merna.magdy@deskhub.online
