Lead Fullstack Developer

Headquartered in Madrid, Konecta generates €2 billion in global revenues and serves 500+ clients across telecoms, energy, banking, mobility, retail, and e-commerce.Role Objective:Responsible for leading the end-to-end development and delivery of scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions, driving the transformation from legacy .NET systems intomodern microservices and responsive frontend applications under the defined architecture.Key Responsibilities:● Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of microservices and frontendapplications replacing legacy Dynamics plugins and UI workflows.● Drive the execution of logic extraction from legacy .NET systems into modernbackend services (Go / Node.js) and corresponding frontend implementations.● Oversee the development of ETL and data synchronization pipelines betweenSQL Server and PostgreSQL.● Lead the implementation of the Proxy/API layer enabling seamless integrationbetween new frontend applications and legacy SDKs.● Manage and guide a full-stack development team, ensuring high-quality deliveryacross backend and frontend streams.● Conduct code reviews across backend and frontend (React/Vue.js) ensuringconsistency, performance, and best practices.● Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment with targetarchitecture and resolve technical delivery blockers.● Work with frontend and backend engineers to ensure optimal API contracts, dataflow efficiency, and UI performance.● Provide technical guidance across the stack, ensuring smooth frontend-backendintegration and scalable UI/UX implementation.● Own sprint planning, task breakdown, and end-to-end delivery execution forfull-stack workstreams.● Drive performance tuning, debugging, and production issue resolution acrossboth frontend and backend systems.● Ensure implementation of observability, logging, monitoring, and resiliencystandards across the full stack.Must-Have:● 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise inGolang or Node.js (TypeScript)● Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js● Proven experience in a technical lead / full-stack lead role● Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems● Deep expertise in PostgreSQL (indexing, JSONB, performance tuning)● Experience building and maintaining RESTful and/or gRPC APIs● Solid experience with data migration and ETL processes● Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns, API contracts,and UI performance considerations● Ability to operate across the stack with a strong focus on delivery, quality, andexecutionTech Stack:● Backend: Go, Node.js (TypeScript)● Frontend: React / Vue.js● Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server● Messaging: RabbitMQ / Kafka● Caching: Redis● Containerization: Docker● Communication: REST, gRPC
