Its vision is to ensure mental wellness is within reach for every young person who needs it.Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist – Social Service Sector is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads who can benefit from SafeSpace’s mental health and counseling services. This role involves researching relevant organizations, institutions, and communities, and building targeted lists of potential clients and partners. The specialist will initiate contact through email, social media, and other communication channels, clearly explaining SafeSpace’s offerings and gathering information to determine fit. They will collaborate with the outreach, clinical, and operations teams to align lead-generation efforts with service capacity and program goals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate lead records in CRM tools, tracking outreach metrics, refining strategies based on data, and supporting campaigns that expand access to mental wellness services for young adults.Qualifications Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify new leads, with experience in lead generation within social services, mental health, or related sectors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to engage sensitively with diverse communities.Experience in research and prospecting, including identifying relevant organizations, programs, and communities and gathering data to inform outreach strategies.Basic sales or outreach skills, such as presenting services, handling inquiries, and supporting conversions from initial contact to consultation or program enrollment.Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, including proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, email marketing tools, and collaboration platforms.Understanding or interest in mental health, counseling, or social services, with cultural competence related to Muslim communities and young adult experiences considered an asset.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and report on progress and results.Relevant education or training in social work, psychology, public health, communications, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
