Publication date : Jun 25, 2025, 11:52AMPurpose of the jobIntroducing business changes to CRM system, developing new rules on Siebel CRM system, troubleshooting issues that may impact on the CRM production technology framework, and partner with the end-users and business on introducing new features.Duties and responsibilitiesCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Siebel CRM platform.Design, develop, customize, and configure Siebel applications to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Siebel tools, scripting languages, and other relevant technologies.Customize Siebel workflows, business services, business components, views, applets, and other Siebel objects as needed.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.Troubleshoot and debug Siebel applications, addressing issues and resolving defects in a timely manner.Work closely with other members of the development team, including database developers, Ul/UX designers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions.Document technical designs, specifications, and configurations to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure maintainability.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other stakeholders as needed.Stay updated with Siebel CRM technology advancements, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.Job specificationEducationBachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer ScienceExperienceFrom 0-2 Years of experience.Skills and abilities:Strong experience in Siebel CRM development, including configuration, workflow, and EAl integrationProficiency in Siebel Tools, eScript, and Siebel EAl technologiesExperience in designing and implementing customizations and extensions in SiebelStrong understanding of Siebel architecture and data modelProven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in Siebel CRM applicationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilities At Orange, only your skills matter.
