As our pipeline grows, we are looking for a structural pillar—a Zoho Solutions Architect & Implementation Consultant—to bridge the gap between business problems and technical deployment.If you love designing elegant architectures, running client workshops, and seeing your blueprints come to life without the red tape of a massive corporate agency, you’ll fit right in.The Role: What You’ll DoYou will own the delivery lifecycle of our digital transformation projects. You’ll be the strategic mind that translates a client's messy business requirements into a clean, scalable Zoho ecosystem blueprint, and the hands-on leader who ensures it is implemented flawlessly. Architect & Map: Conduct deep-dive discovery workshops with B2B clients to analyze their workflows, finance processes, and operational bottlenecks. Design high-level system architectures across the Zoho One suite. Implement & Configure: Hands-on configuration of core Zoho applications (CRM, Bigin, Books, Desk, People, Creator, Analytics). Build blueprints, approval processes, and advanced native workflows. Partner with Development: Collaborate closely with our in-house Developer. You will define the scope for custom Deluge scripts, widgets, and third-party API integrations, ensuring the technical work aligns perfectly with your business logic. Client Delivery & Governance: Act as the technical project manager. Own the timeline, manage client expectations, oversee data migration mapping, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.What We’re Looking ForZoho Ecosystem Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Zoho solutions (Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, and Bigin are highly critical). Business Consultant Mindset: You understand business architecture—you know how a sales funnel connects to an invoice, how inventory impacts accounting, and how HR workflows should trigger.Low-Code/No-Code Savvy: You know exactly where native Zoho configuration ends and where custom Deluge coding begins, allowing you to optimize our developer's time efficiently. (Basic knowledge of Deluge or script-reading is a massive plus).Startup DNA: You are proactive, self-managed, and highly organized. You thrive in environments where you have a direct impact on the company’s delivery standards and growth. Communication: Exceptional English & Arabiccommunication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical structures to non-technical business stakeholders.What’s In It For You?
