Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and gaps.  Conduct assessments to evaluate existing skills and competencies within the organization. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, to support the training programs. Ensure that all training content is aligned with organizational goals and adheres to industry best practices. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars that effectively engage participants. Utilize a variety of training methods and tools, including hands-on exercises, simulations, and role-playing. Implement evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback to identify areas for improvement. Create reports and metrics to show training outcomes and impact on employee performance. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to learning and development. Provide ongoing support to employees, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback related to training programs. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and feedback. Manage training schedules and logistics, ensuring smooth operation of training programs.  Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required. Skills & Abilities: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Creative approach to training design and delivery, with a passion for enhancing employee development. Knowledge: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
