Leasing Manager – Perfume Industry | EgyptWe are a growing fragrance company in Egypt looking for an experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities: • Identify and secure prime retail locations for new store openings. • Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with landlords and property developers. • Conduct market research and location analysis to support expansion plans. • Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, landlords, and real estate partners. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings and lease compliance. • Monitor lease renewals, rental costs, and occupancy expenses.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in leasing, retail expansion, or real estate management. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Experience working with retail brands, FMCG, cosmetics, or fragrance companies is preferred. • Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian retail and commercial real estate market. • Ability to travel when required.Location: EgyptIf you are passionate about retail expansion and have a proven track record in leasing and site acquisition, we would love to hear from you.📩 Please send your CV to: DM #Hiring #LeasingManager #RetailExpansion #RealEstate #PerfumeIndustry #Fragrance #EgyptJobs #Retail
