The team is committed to high-quality instruction, learner success, and ongoing program improvement.Role Description The Senior Telesales role at 4Level1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Telesales team member will handle inbound and outbound calls to introduce 4Level1’s English language programs, understand prospective learners’ needs, and recommend suitable courses. Daily activities include managing lead pipelines, following up on inquiries, conducting needs assessments, and closing enrollments while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, providing clear information about course structures, schedules, and pricing, and ensuring a positive experience for potential and existing learners. The Senior Telesales professional may support junior team members, contribute to sales strategies, and coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.Qualifications Strong Sales skills, including consultative selling, pipeline management, and target achievement.Excellent Communication abilities, with clear, professional phone presence and active listening skills.Proven Customer Service and Customer Support experience, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.Experience in Training, coaching, or mentoring colleagues in telesales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.Previous telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in education, training, or services sectors.Fluency in English, with strong spoken and written skills; additional languages are a plus.Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to manage leads and track performance.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, maintain a structured work routine, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
