Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Legal Department Manager. The manager will oversee the legal operations of the organization, including managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, offering legal consultation, and overseeing day-to-day legal affairs. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure the company’s adherence to local and international legal standards, advising on risk management, and supervising legal teams to align with the company’s strategic goals. Qualifications Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.Experience in Legal Consulting to provide informed advice on risk management and decision-making.Strong understanding of Legal Affairs to oversee and manage internal and external legal matters effectively.Leadership and management skills to guide legal teams and coordinate across departments.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail orientation.Bachelor's or higher degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); a Master's degree or legal certification is a plus.Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Experience with technology-driven industries or prior work in B2B platforms is desirable.
