Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Media Communications Specialist/Executive Secretary based in Cairo, Egypt. The role includes managing day-to-day executive administrative tasks, organizing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and providing support for marketing campaigns and media initiatives. Responsibilities also include delivering high-level clerical support, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication and operational support for executive functions within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing, data management, and maintaining accurate records.Strong Communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in Company Secretarial Work, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and regulatory compliance support.Demonstrated expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance for senior leadership, including calendar management and task prioritization.Customer Service orientation, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in addressing inquiries and meeting commitments.Highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
